We are hiring a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive (Female) to help us convert leads and onboard clients for IKAD Finserv services and automation offerings.

Calling + Google Sheets

Role Summary

You will call on company-provided data, pitch services, follow up leads, and coordinate with the team to close customers. Basic Google Sheets work and some clerical tasks are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospects from provided data.
  • Pitch IKAD Finserv services: GST, Income Tax, Accounting, Bookkeeping, MIS.
  • Explain pricing, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Maintain lead status & follow-ups in Google Sheets / CRM.
  • Coordinate demos/meetings with the team.

Qualification & Skills

  • Good Hindi communication (basic English preferred).
  • Confident on calls and polite customer handling.
  • Smartphone + stable internet connection.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge (mandatory).
  • Sales experience is a plus (not compulsory).
